Heart+Hand provides services for food pantry assistance and special events like Christmas and Back to School within our designated service area. To determine if you are within our service area, please refer to the map provided. If you find that you are not in our service area, we have listed agencies that cover other service areas for your convenience. It’s important to note that service areas are implemented to ensure equitable distribution of resources. However, if you require clothing or household assistance, you may apply from any area within West Virginia. Additionally, Dollar Energy assistance is available regardless of your location. Please keep in mind that our service area specifically pertains to food and utility/rental assistance.
