Each year, Heart + Hand accepts applications for Christmas assistance for low-income families who need help providing gifts for their children and family members.

Putnam County applications open September 1.

South Charleston Area applications open October 5.

Applications may be completed in person by picking up a form at our South Charleston or Winfield office, or you may print the application from the links below, take a photo, and email the completed form to the appropriate office:

Please be sure to return your application with all required documentation. Applications cannot be processed until the required information and documentation have been received. Please review the application carefully and submit your completed application as soon as possible once your office’s application period opens.
