Hike for Hunger 2025
Join us for the 2025 Kay Hall Hike for Hunger as Heart+Hand Outreach Ministries proudly celebrates our 60th anniversary of service to the community. This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever, taking place on the first Sunday in October with fun for the whole family. In addition to the traditional hike, the celebration will include music and strong community involvement from local churches, businesses, and the City of South Charleston. As we honor six decades of compassion, connection, and care, we invite everyone to walk with purpose and help us fight hunger while celebrating a legacy of hope and service.
