September 1st each year we begin taking applications from low-income families that need help providing Christmas gifts for their family. Please apply in-person or print and email this form to heartandhandsc@hhomwv.org. Apply for Assistance by picking up a copy of the application at our South Charleston or Winfield Offices. You must return the application with all the appropriate documentation.
